Kimberly TurnquistBroker, Realtor YakimaHomeHunter.com Kim and her husband Mark, along with their son Max, moved to Yakima in 2002 after moving initially to the Pacific Northwest from Minnesota in 1990. Kim obtained her real estate license first in Salem, OR where she was a licensed assistant and office manager for a small real estate company. In 2002 Kim and family moved to Yakima for her son to be closer to one set of Grandparents and for Kim to go into real estate with her father, Jerry Heyan. Kim has really enjoyed the countless hours she has gotten to spend with her father as they meet new clients/friends and help them with all of their real estate needs. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity that not many people get to take advantage of. Since 2003, Kim has been a Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company and is working hard at continuing her successes. Pervious to moving to Yakima, Kim worked in the field of Occupational Therapy in Minnesota, Walla Walla, and Salem, Oregon. She attended college while working full time to obtain her Masters Degree from a small college in Orangeburg, NY. Kim enjoys spending time with her family, walking the golf course with her husband and son, watching her son play baseball, playing with her golden retriever, Hagar, and working out in the yard. Kim also enjoys volunteering at her sons school whenever she has a chance. |

Cory BemisRealtor www.CoryBemis.com Having been born and raised in Yakima, I feel as if I know and understand the area as well as anyone. Growing up with two incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, and hard-working entrepreneurial parents, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to learn and understand the ways of four independently successful local businesses. This has allowed me to attain a large array of skills and strategies for finding solutions to different questions or dilemmas. Throughout my entire life, I have always been interested in markets. I love learning about and understanding everything from how different markets function, to how they are sustained. I've been active in many fields of the investment market from the age of 13. I discovered the Real Estate field at the age of 22 and immediately began educating myself. A few months later, I joined the newly established Creekside Realty where I was granted the opportunity to train under four seasoned Real Estate veterans. I now actively invest in both residential and rental income properties. I returned to Yakima in the summer of 2006 after spending four years in the Seattle area and earning a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Washington. The diversity of people as well as the four-seasoned agricultural valley of Yakima is just too pleasantly astonishing to keep away from. I'm excited to be part of one of the strongest and most prospering real-estate markets in the Northwest. |

Pati BemisRealtor pati@creeksideres.com I have lived in the beautiful Yakima Valley my entire life. I grew up in the West Valley area, then Terrace Heights. My business experience has been very entrepreneurial. Along with my husband, Greg, we opened and have operated Stereo First and TV by Bemis since 1979. We have two children; Cory and Eric Bemis who have helped us with all of our businesses and have been educated in Yakima schools. Cory just recently graduated from University of Washington and currently works with me at Creekside Realty as a commercial realtor. Two other business ventures have been 'Tiques & Toys- a gift shop in Westpark and Bead & Body Co.- also in Westpark. Several of the clubs and groups I have done fund-raising for are Yakima Valley Zonta Club, Jeanine Hedwall Children's Hospital Guild, and Yakima Tennis Club (where I have been the YTC President and am currently on the YTC board). I began my real estate career at the beginning of this year with Creekside Realty and am currently partnered with my sister, Sue Gifford. We represent the valley and the Chinook and White Pass vacation areas. I thoroughly enjoy working in real state and having the opportunity of representing so many great people in the Yakima area. One of the aspects I enjoy is the chance for continuous learning. I believe the Yakima Valley is a wonderful place to live with much growth and opportunity available to anyone based here. |

Cheri DanielsRealtor www.AllYakimaHomes.com I have lived in lovely Yakima with my husband since January 2007. We have found the area to be filled with friendly people, interesting topography and a unique agricultural influence, unlike the wheat fields and flat land I was surrounded with in Williston, North Dakota! My college years were spent at Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, South Dakota. Yes, it is the home of the world's only Corn Palace! I completed a B.S. in Psychology/Religion with minors in English and History. After graduating, I moved to Spokane and spent 20 years there raising my two sons. During that time I worked in the automotive industry as a Customer Relations Manager, a job I thoroughly enjoyed. My husband's employer transferred us to Great Falls, Montana for two years where we were blessed with some wonderful friendships and then it was on to Yakima! As a Realtor and Property Image Consultant, my special expertise will be an advantage to sellers wishing to sell their home quickly and for top dollar. I look forward to making some great friendships in Yakima while I assist both buyers and sellers reach their ultimate goal of finding that perfect home or selling their home quickly. |

Murad KhanRealtor murad@creeksideres.com I have been living here in the Yakima Valley since March of 2005. I attended Delta Pacific college in Stockton, CA and I received my general education degree from YVCC. After moving here, we bought some properties in Yakima. Being a landlord has helped me to explore the path of real-estate much further then I ever imagined. I became a real-estate agent in December of 2005 and since then I have been helping my clients buy and sell real estate. Almost every person that I have worked with in a real estate transaction is a close friend of mine now because I don't just believe in business but in building relationships that last a lifetime. My extensive and diverse cultural background helps me understand the needs of my clients much better then most. I love to farm, grow fruits, vegetables, raise beef and dairy cattle. I am a huge fan and big time supporter of American farmers and land owners. I also speak 5 different languages. They include English, Urdu, Hindi, Pushtu, Punjabi, and of course a little bit of Spanish (I'm still learning)! Please contact me if you are looking to buy or sell or even if you want to explore what the beautifully sunny Yakima Valley has to offer in property real estate. |

RaeAnne TothRealtor raeanne@creeksideres.com My family and I moved to the Yakima Valley when I was in Jr. High, and now I have a family of my own. Over the years I have grown to love the Yakima Valley. Whether there are blossoms on the apple trees in the spring or a light blanket of snow in the winter Yakima is beautiful year round. I love our community, and volunteer for Selah Parks and Recreation. I enjoy coaching Co-ed 3rd & 4th Grade Soccer in the Spring and Fall, and 4th & 5th grade Girls Basket Ball in the winter. My husband and I at the age of 24 started our own business in Yakima. That was eight years ago and we are still going strong. I have learned so much from being a business owner. Being a successful business owner I feel has given me an advantage in Real Estate. I know what it takes to get the job done, to think outside the box, to be creative, to be on top of technology and the market. I know how important it is that the clients needs are met. I also know that it takes hard work and dedication, and I'm not afraid of hard work. Having our own business gave us the means to get into Real Estate, my real passion. After buying and selling Real Estate for a couple of years I decide to become a Realtor. Being a Realtor has been very rewarding for me. I like meeting new people and helping them buy or sell any kind of property. I'm dedicated to my clients and I will work hard for you. |
