Creekside Realty is proud to welcome a brand new real estate agent to the Creekside Realty family, Matt Marquis. Matt Marquis, for the past 5 years has been working for his father business in sales, has recently decided to make the jump into real estate. He’s excited to be a new Realtor with Creekside Realty because it allows him to work with family. Hope Barnes, his aunt and a Realtor with Creekside Realty, is his mentor, along with Ted Marquis, Jr. who is his cousin. We’re proud to have Matt not only part of the real family, but also apart of the Creekside Realty family.

Creekside Realty is proud to welcome two very well known agents to the Creekside Realty family, Jerry Heyan and Kim Turnquist. Jerry Heyan comes to Creekside Realty with years of experience behind him. Jerry obtained his real estate license in October of 1993. In the last 14 years, Jerry was for many years the Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company. Jerry has been named Office Sales Manager for Creekside Realty.
Kim Turnquist also comes to the Creekside Realty family. In 2002, Kim went into real estate with her father, Jerry Heyan. Kim has really enjoyed the countless hours she has gotten to spend with her father as they meet new clients/friends and help them with all of their real estate needs. Since 2003, Kim has been a Top Company and Top Residential producer for a large real estate company and is working hard at continuing her successes.

She lives by the motto, “the Golden Rule is something we should all follow. We should live by it and work by it.”
Gary Goehner also comes to the Creekside Realty family with a passion for real estate. After purchasing several investment properties, Gary found that we liked the real estate world and decided to get his license. His desire is to use his experience with people, construction, and management to help clients find the perfect property for them.

VisualTours from some of your favorite agents are now available to view. Just click the "Our Listings" link, then click "Featured Properties", and click on a listing to see if it has a VisualTour link available. If so, you will be viewing the most up-to-date VisualTour.
Some of the great features of the VisualTour program are: emailing the tour to anyone you would like to share it with, you can print flyer's of the VisualTour to share with loved ones, you can view the entire inventory of each agent at the click of the button and more!

5 Things To Do Before You Sell

1. Get estimates from a reliable repair person on items that need to be replaced soon, such as a roof or worn carpeting, for example. In this way, buyers will have a better sense of how much these needed repairs will affect their costs.
2. Have a termite inspection to prove to buyers that this property is not infested.
3. Get a pre-sale home inspection so you'll be able to make repairs before buyers become concerned and cancel a contract.
4. Gather together warranties and guarantees on the furnace, appliances, and other items that will remain with the house.
5. Fill out a disclosure form provided by your sales associate. Take the time to be sure that you don't forget problems, however minor, that might create liability for you after the sale.

Creekside Realty celebrated the Serenata Grand Opening in Quincy, Washington over this past weekend.
The turnout was around 600 people for the two days of the Grand Opening!
You can still visit and tour The Fortezza, The Sostanza, and The Bellezza during these hours:
Thursday through Saturday from Noon to 4:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Serenata Grand Opening: April 28th and 29th
